Sleeper Registration and Permission

Discover God's love and experience His call on your life.  Complete these forms to register for an Awakening weekend.  All teenagers under 18 years old are required to have their parent's permission.  A medical information form is also required.  You may turn the form into your sponsor or mail it to the Awakening address.


Sponsor’s Form    

Share your Awakening experience and pass the love of Jesus onto friends, family, and those God has put in your life.  Each sponsor must complete a sponsor's form and return it with the Sleeper Registration form to a team member or mail it to the Awakening address.  You are encouraged to include the sponsor’s fee with the paper work.

 

Sponsor's have other responsibilities for their sleepers on the weekend.  If you are unsure of the sponsor's role, email your questions to awakening@bryanawakening.org and we will send you more information.

 

Sponsor a Guest

To date, over 650 adults and teens have participated in the Bryan Awakening from all over Northwest Ohio.  But we have also had guests from as far away as Florida, Texas, Germany, and Denmark.  Usually sponsors have attended a three day weekend.  If you would like to sponsor a teen, but have not been through the weekend yourself, please email us at awakening@bryanawakening.org and we will arrange a sponsor for your teen. 
 

If you have been through a weekend, you may sponsor a teen to attend the Awakening or an adult to attend the Great Banquet.  www.bryangreatbanquet.org 

 

You may print a Sleeper Registration Form or Sponsor Form from this site.
The cost of sponsorship is $60.  However the Awakening has scholarships available if the sponsorship fee is a hardship.  We don't want anyone to miss the chance to attend a weekend for financial reasons!  For more information, you may contact the Girl's Co-Community Lay Director at girlsccld@bryanawakening.org or the Boys' Co-Community Lay Director boysccld@bryanawakening.org. 

Support Our Ministry

The Awakening Ministry is supported by private donations from team members and sponsors who invite guests for the weekends.  These gifts cover the major costs of each weekend. Additionally, the Awakening is committed to making sure that every teenager who participates in a weekend experience will leave with the Word of God in their hands.  Each sleeper who does not have a Bible, will be given a student, study Bible.  Each hard cover Bible costs about $15.  If you would like to make a gift to the Bible fund of the Awakening, you may mail your gift to:
